Check out a new iPhone app for news of Ibiza's new nights and days says ELLA BUCHAN OPPOSITE our vantage point three girls attempted a drunken routine on their balcony, their cups of booze sloshing about.
To the left, Batman and Robin were pumping their fists in the air and doing the “running man”.

We were there to watch Florence And The Machine – and most of the time our eyes were fixed on the supremely confident Ms Welch.
Celebrating her 24th birthday, Florence commanded the crowd like a puppet master.
Pool Ibiza Rocks, with the hotel and a bar in San Antonio, has become part of the island’s party spirit.
Where else can you watch top music acts live from your bedroom?
Even better when you can look smugly down on the rest of the audience crammed around the pool.
Apart from Florence, performers this year include Ian Brown, Pete Doherty (at the Ibiza Rocks bar), Calvin Harris and The Prodigy.
The closing party, on September 14, will feature The Specials.
Now the team behind it and Mallorca Rocks has created an application for BlackBerry supplying insider knowledge on partying and recovering.

It looks set to be another essential accessory like the T-shirts and “I’m an Ibiza Rocks Fan” fans.
When Florence had taken her final theatrical bow, we headed to Es Paradis for the after party. All white pillars and balconies, it looks like a stage set for a play about the last days of the Roman Empire.
The crowd was crazy enough – just wearing body con dresses and harem pants instead of togas.
A day at the beach was definitely needed to recover.
Cala Conta is rustic, rocky and reached by a winding path.
Its clear waters and soft sand make it popular with locals who grab the sun loungers early. They probably haven’t been out clubbing into the wee hours. But it’s easy to find a spot, as there are several sandy coves along this stretch.
One of the island’s best restaurants, recommended by the BlackBerry app, overlooks Cala Conta.
S’illa des Bosc seems to be in the exact spot where the breeze meets the blazing sunshine for the perfect climate.
With glasses of tinto verano (the summer wine – basically red wine with lemonade) thrust in our sweaty hands, it was the perfect antidote to the airlessness of the beach. The surrounding rocky cliffs make it perfect for sunbathing but you need a refresher every
now and again.
On an island that excels in rice and seafood dishes, those at S’illa des Bosc were the best I’d tasted.
The squid rice with broad beans and asparagus managed to be rich, tasty and fresh, washed down with a lemony glass of vina sol – perfect.
It is probably the serenity of Ibiza that makes it so popular with clubbers.
You can go crazy all night and soothe the hangover away with salty air, sandy toes and scrumptious food.
Another great spot for chilling out – and celeb spotting – is Blue Marlin, a 15-minute drive south of San Antonio.
Slow, tinkling covers of Michael Jackson hits shimmer through the breeze as beautiful people lie on round sunbeds on the beach or sit
for lunch on the terrace.
You have to book for lunch and even for a lounger – but it’s worth it.
This place is heaven for your headache.
Even though it attracts celebs from Queen Latifah to Steven Gerrard, we plebs are made to feel part of the glitterati too.
Coves The service is impeccable and there’s no feeling of snobbery. Then there is the food...I devoured beef tenderloin with dauphinoise potatoes and asparagus, served with an arc of fig chutney. Beautiful. Blue Marlin is now a badly-kept secret but there are so many places on this tiny white isle that still feel undiscovered by the masses.
There are hidden coves in the quieter north, traditional villages in the centre (most people stick to the coastline) and hippy markets in towns like Santa Eulalia.
The new BlackBerry app, with all recommendations linked to Google Maps, makes it easy to unearth the hidden gems without burying yourself in a pile of paper maps.
You might want to look at it back home too – and dream you are still there, singing along to your favourite band or basking in the breeze with the beautiful people.
