TURKISH DELIGHT
With only eight cabins for solo use, this traditional wooden gulet cruise is the perfect way to relax, make new friends and explore Turkey's staggeringly beautiful coastline.
A week-long voyage with Solitair Holidays (0845 123 5515/www.solitairhols.co.uk) on this exclusive singles-only boat takes in secluded coves, idyllic islands and pretty fishing ports.

Each day falls into an easy pattern of breakfast on deck, sunbathing while the boat sets sail, swimming and snorkelling before lunch, cruising again in the afternoon and dropping anchor in a tranquil harbour each evening. The Turkish crew takes care of everything, including the delicious meals.
The gulet sails out of Fethiye harbour and includes a stop-off at the ruins of Cleopatra's Bath and a guided tour of Dalyan.

From here a river boat will take you through narrow channels to see the rock tombs carved high into the cliffs as well a spectacular spit of sand that's a nesting ground for turtles. Other activities include kayaking and windsurfing.

Solitair Holidays offers a seven-night singles-only gulet cruise from £799pp, full board, including return flights from various UK airports to Dalaman.
Departs Fethiye on September 19 and 26 and October 3 and 10, 2011.
