easyJet (easyjet.com) has launched a partnership with Unicef. From this week, the airline's Change For Good scheme comes into play.

The Colombians are coming to London and it has nothing to do with the Olympics. Proexport Colombia, the country's tourism body, is hosting a month-long event at the National Geographic Store in Knightsbridge to showcase the nation's rich architecture, awe-inspiring landscapes and warm hospitality. The programme, from July 19, includes photographic exhibitions, coffee tastings and dancing.

The Big Apple is getting greener. The surprisingly cyclist-friendly city of New York this month launches a new bike-share scheme. Citibike (citibikenyc.com) will feature more than 400 self-service docking stations situated on sidewalks throughout Midtown and Lower Manhattan.
